Binational Public Advisory Council

BPAC is a citizen's group made up of members from Canada and the United States whose goals are to inform the Remedial Action Plan (RAP) Team about public views and opinion and to assist with water use goals, planning methodology, technical data, preferred remedial options, problem identification, plan recommendations, and plan adoption.
